Baba Ganough
Fire roasted and smoky eggplant puree with tahini (seasame oil), feta cheese, garlic, and pomogranite (seasonal). Puré de berenjena asado al fuego y ahumado con tahini (aceite de sésamo), queso feta, ajo y granizado (de temporada).

Beef Over Hummus
Seared fillet mignon slices served over creamy hummus, drizzled with pepitoria seeds and olive oil. Rebanadas de filete mignon selladas servidas sobre hummus cremoso, rociadas con semillas de pepitoria y aceite de oliva.

Beet Mutabbal
Roasted beet dip blended with tahini (seasame oil), yogurt, and garlic. Dip de remolacha asada mezclada con tahini (aceite de sésamo), yogur y ajo.

Eggplant Mutabbal
Smoked eggplant puree with tahini (seasame oil), yogurt, lemon juice, and garlic. Puré de berenjena ahumada con tahini (aceite de sésamo), yogur, jugo de limón y ajo.

Falafel
Ground chickpeas puree with celantro, garlic, onion, celantro seeds, mint, fried and served with hummus and home made tartor sauce. Puré de garbanzos molidos con celantro, ajo, cebolla, semillas de celantro, menta, frito y servido con hummus y salsa tártara casera.

Fattoush
Lightly toasted pita crums, crisp mixed greens, topped with tarty home made dressing. Pan pita ligeramente tostado, verduras mixtas crujientes y aderezo casero ácido.

Grilled Wild Shrimp
Pacific coast wild shrimp grilled with a light coat of oil and spices. Served with home made tartor sauce (seasonal). Camarones silvestres de la costa del Pacífico a la parrilla con una ligera capa de aceite y especias. Servidos con salsa tártara casera (estacional).

Hummus
Cooked chickpeas blended with yogurt, tahini (seasame oil), lemon juice, garlic, and spices. Garbanzos cocidos mezclados con yogur, tahini (aceite de sésamo), jugo de limón, ajo y especias.

Labneh
Tangy home made yogurt served with marinated olives and thyme (Za’atar). Yogur casero ácido servido con aceitunas marinadas y tomillo (Za’atar).

Samake Harra
Wild seabass, pan-seared with light spices and nutty, tangy red sauce, served over a bed of vegetables. Lubina salvaje, salteada en sartén con especias ligeras y una salsa roja picante con sabor a nueces, servida sobre una cama de verduras.
